When you contact us or subscribe to the Quantitative Note, we collect the name, firm, and email address you provide. When you engage Marnello for a Professional or Enterprise deliverable, we receive the holdings file (ticker and weight) and any return series you submit. We do not receive account credentials, account numbers, or personal information about your clients, and we ask that you do not send them.
Contact details are used to respond to you and, with your consent, to send the monthly note. Holdings and return data are used only to produce the deliverable you requested. We do not sell or share personal information, and we do not use client data to train models or for any other purpose.
Submitted holdings and return series are retained for twelve months after delivery so that a report can be reproduced on request, then deleted. Contact details are retained until you ask us to remove them. Reply "unsubscribe" to any email, or write to research@marnello.co.
This site sets no tracking cookies and uses no third-party analytics. Contact and subscription forms are processed by a form-handling service; your submission is transmitted to that service and forwarded to us by email.
You may request access to, or deletion of, personal information we hold about you by writing to research@marnello.co. We do not sell personal information.
Material changes to this policy will be dated and posted on this page.
